our PEOPLE
Our model is a little unique
We operate a sub-contractor model, where instead of hiring employees we contract Aboriginal people, sole-traders, organisations and companies with various expertise to support our project delivery.
This model allows us to support the establishment and growth of Aboriginal Entrepreneurship as we identify and collaborate.
